Dear Parent/ Guardian:

This letter is to inform you that the Florida Department of Education requires annual mandatory instruction that includes mental and emotional health education, substance use and abuse health education, and child trafficking prevention education. The School District of Palm Beach County fully supports this instruction and looks forward to the implementation of these mandatory requirements that will greatly support the challenges our students face.
