Classes and Courses

All grades will take the required Science and Language Arts.
Intensive Reading:  placement depending upon test scores

World History - Grade 6 (Regular or Advanced)
Civics - Grade 7 (Regular or Advanced)
US History - Grade 8 (Regular or Advanced)
Physical Science - Grade 8 if accelerated Science is taken in Grade 7
Math Grade 6
Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2: individual evaluation for placement

PE - uniform can be purchased at school
Visual Art 
Band - Jazz and Marching Band are possible options
Journalism - School Newspaper and Yearbook
Spanish - Spanish 1 and 2 (High School Credit)
Digital Discoveries - Level 1 and 2 (High School Credit)

Orientation to Career Clusters
